Long-term winter stay at Quinta Maragota Eastern Algarve

The winters in the Eastern Algarve are very pleasant. The sun often shines during the day and the temperatures are usually between 15 and 25 degrees. The surroundings turn green, oranges ripen and almond trees blossom. We often call this period "eternal spring".

In low season (November 1st until March 31st) there is a special long term winter discount of 40% per night for stays of 30 nights or more. All our holiday homes can be booked for long-term winter stays, whereby we block 2 of the 4 houses (Casa Quintinha and Casa Antiga) in our calendar until October 1st, to prevent short-term bookings from November-March, to give winter visitors a longer timeframe to make a booking for several consecutive months in that period. Of course the winter discount also applies for Casa Descansa and Casa Taberna. All houses can be booked directly via the website for long-term winter stays, the discount will be automatically calculated in the total price. If you have any questions, please contact us.
