General facilities holiday homes

Quinta Maragota has four spacious smoke and pet free holiday homes/apartments for adults (18+), situated in the farmhouse and all equipped with:

• very fast and stable WiFi (fibre optic); remote working and streaming on your tablet/laptop are excellent.
• facilities for temperature regulation in all seasons (air conditioners with cold-heat exchanger)
• double insulated windows with mosquito nets
• separate storage space for suitcases
• smoke detectors
• outside on the private terraces: barbecue with cooking utensils

The costs for water/electricity/WiFi are included in the rental price. 

Kitchen

The kitchens offer plenty of storage space and are equipped with:

• two burner induction hob
• electric kettle
• electric oven
  
• kitchen linen
• water filter jug
  
• coffee machine (cafetière)
• milk frother
• fridge with freezer compartment
• mechanical ventilation
• extensive kitchen utensils and crockery
• soap dispenser (filled with liquid soap)
• first requirements of: coffee, tea, sugar, salt, pepper, olive oil (of local production), vinegar, washing-up liquid, kitchen paper roll
  

At a five minute drive you will find several fresh markets and supermarkets with a good assortment. For the first evening and morning after your arrival, we provide a snack and drink and a full breakfast in your holiday home, to ensure that your holiday can begin in the most relaxed way. 

Bedroom

The bedrooms are equipped with:

• two 90x200cm beds, with a topper mattress made up as a king-size double bed
• good mattresses
• allergy-free pillows and duvets
• beds are made up with cotton bedding (choice of 1 or 2 persons)
• additional thin bedspread (linen/cotton) and blanket (allergy-free) to be used if desired
  

Bathroom

In the bathrooms you will find:

• toilet paper (which we will replenish during your stay)
• spacious walk-in shower, toilet, washbasin
• soap dispenser (filled with shower soap)
• large and small towels, bath mat
• large beach towels
  
• towel radiator
• hairdryer
  

For longer stays, all linen is changed weekly and the apartment is lightly cleaned. This is included in the price as is final cleaning. 

Other general facilities

• washing machine and washing racks (€3 per wash, incl. detergent)

Other information

• the accommodation is intended only for adults (18+)
• the holiday homes are smoke and pet free
• minimum stay is 4 nights from October until May. 6 nights from June until September
• check-in from 5 PM, check-out before 10:30 AM; if availability permits, a (guaranteed) late check-out or early check-in is possible, check our General rental terms and conditions for more information on this.
• after check-out, the garden and other outdoor facilities can still be used, as can the communal restroom, where you are able freshen up if you wish. We can store your suitcases for you until departure.
